We come out to your home, at no charge, to create a personalized quote for your specific space and needs.
Design & Construction Estimate
We will create a draft that will show all the desired changes to the proposed space. And we will give you an estimate on site. A formal estimate will be sent to you for approval.
Preconstruction Design
We will create a floor plan to submit together with the required permit application for your local city government and set up the required initial and final inspections.
On-Site Consultations
We will set up a meeting on site to go over the details of the construction project contract. We will answer any questions of the contract and set up a start date.
